01 General Terms

Terms & Conditions viptakavip (https://viptakavip.im) and all its services. By registering on the platform or using any of its services, you are deemed to have automatically accepted these terms.

viptakavip An online betting and gaming platform serving members in Bangladesh and other approved regions. All terms outlined in this document are governed by Bangladeshi law and international gaming regulations.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please viptakavip refrain from using the platform and contact our support team to close your account.

02 Account Registration

Each individual may only open one account. If the same person is found operating multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and deposited funds may be forfeited.

• Members are responsible for keeping their account password secure
• Accounts may not be transferred or shared with anyone else
• Any suspicious activity must be reported to viptakavip immediately

As part of the verification process, we may request a copy of your national ID or passport. This is a standard security procedure and your information will be kept fully secure.

03 Age Verification

viptakavip Strictly follows an 18+ policy. Use of this platform by anyone under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited.

Viptakavip reserves the right to verify the date of birth provided at registration. Supporting documents may be requested at any time as proof of age.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

If you experience any issue with a transaction, please notify our support team immediately. Complaints regarding transactions older than 72 hours may be difficult to process.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

• Bonus offers will be automatically cancelled once they expire
• Viptakavip reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time

06 Betting Rules

Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. Please make sure you fully understand the market terms and odds before placing any bet.

• Bets may be rejected during live betting due to network latency
• Viptakavip reserves the right to void bets placed at incorrect odds resulting from a technical error
• If a match is cancelled or postponed, bets will be settled in accordance with viptakavip's policy
• Suspicious or unusual betting patterns may be subject to investigation
• Maximum winnings may vary by market

07 Prohibited Activities

The following activities viptakavipis strictly prohibited. Violating this rule may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all deposited funds.

• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds
• Betting using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence
• Exploiting system errors or bugs to gain an unfair advantage
• Betting based on match-fixing or insider information
• Operating multiple accounts from the same IP address or device
• Attempting unauthorised access to another member's account
• Cyberattacks or hacking attempts against the platform

08 Account Closure & Suspension

viptakavip reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any member's account at any time and for any reason.

An account may be closed or suspended under the following circumstances:

• If evidence of a terms violation is found
• If registration is completed using false or fraudulent information
• If suspicious financial activity is detected
• By order of the regulatory authority

Members may also voluntarily request account closure at any time. Any valid remaining balance will be refunded after verification.

11 Limitation of Liability

• Losing a bet due to internet disconnection
• If account information is compromised due to member negligence
• Delays caused by a third-party payment provider's technical issues
• Unexpected technical issues or server downtime
• Natural disasters or other force majeure events

The maximum liability cap will not, under any circumstances, exceed the member's total deposits over the preceding 30 days.

12 Changes & Notice

viptakavip viptakavip reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Members will be notified at least 7 days in advance of any significant changes.

Continued use of the platform after any changes are made will be considered your automatic acceptance of the updated terms.
